Skyline at Wakad is a project in Pune that was completed in May 2015, and we got to know about it from a family friend who has been living there since the possession date. We planned to look at the project somewhere around 2017 and finally moved here around four years ago. As far as I know, the project also has a commercial premise in Pune, with around 33 units. 127/2B, Near HP gas Godown, Wakad, and it offers 2 and 3 BHK unit configurations with 201 units and an adequate parking space. I liked the open space within the premises that offers a good amount of flexibility to move around and breathe fresh air. You will find all the required amenities too, like gym, lift, security, park, and so on. You can visit the property once to check for yourself. I hope this helps.
