I recently booked a 3 BHK apartment in SIS Florence, Porur. The project really impressed me, it's spread across 1.73 acres with 173 units and offers 3, and 4 BHK flats. What I liked most were the modern amenities and the fact that the area is developing well. For a 3, or 4 BHK, the pricing is quite fair, starting from around Rs. 1 crore to Rs. 1.38 crore. Honestly, you won’t get a 3 or 4 BHK at this price in most parts of Chennai. The possession date is July 2027, and the project is also RERA approved with the number TN/02/Building/0369/2022.

I am planning to settle in Chennai, so I have been checking out under-construction projects in the city. One that caught my attention is the SIS Florence project. It offers good amenities like a clubhouse, gym, swimming pool, and a children’s play area. They have both corporation water and borewell options, which is helpful during Chennai’s summer water shortage. It is also close to RMZ Software IT Park, making it a good option if you work nearby or want to invest. I have not decided yet, but I plan to visit the site once more, and then make a final call.

My father was planning to invest in a property in Porur, so we started checking under-construction projects nearby. That’s when we came across SIS Florence. The 3BHK pricing looked reasonable, and the flats are Vastu compliant. It’s also close to Koyambedu Metro Station, and the area has good transport facilities. We also checked for approvals and found that it has a valid RERA number. We visited many other projects too, but SIS Florence seemed good. However, we haven’t made the final decision to invest yet.
