This project offers quite a lot of modern amenities such as a swimming pool, party area, gym, children's play area, common garden, amphitheatre, indoor games, etc. Apart from that, it also has proper security, both physical and virtual. I visited the property with my friend, and we learned the apartments are Vastu compliant as well. My friend asked about the Shubh Swarovski RERA number, which was P52100055505. When this was also checked out, my friend purchased a unit there. After seeing him, I am planning to purchase an apartment here.

Last month, I invested in a 3 BHK apartment in this project. One reason I invested here is because of the location of the project. The Shubh Swarovski address is beside Sai Sagar Restaurant, Shankar Kalat Nagar, Wakad, Pune, Pimpri-Chinchwad, Maharashtra 411057. The project is next to the Wakad - Hinjawadi road, which is a significant benefit and because of this, the property prices will increase over the next few years. Besides this, it is also close to the Wakad Chowk Bus stop, which is around 1.4 km away. Other key locations near the project are Lifepoint Multispecialty Hospital (8 mins), Phoenix Mall (1.4 km), Hinjewadi IT Park (5 km), Euro School (2 km), Petrol Pump (200 metres), etc.

While searching for a 3 BHK apartment in Pune, I received a call from the Swarovski marketing team. They informed me about the Shubh Swarovski price and unit configuration. The person told me that the starting price of apartments on the project is Rs. 1.85 Crore, and the unit configuration is 3 BHK and 4 BHK. I have added the carpet areas of both apartment types below.

They also informed me that the Shubh Swarovski possession date will be in October 2028. I asked if it was possible to visit the location. He told me I can visit on weekends as the construction work is less on those days. I am planning to visit the location next week and before deciding.
