I really liked the project but I might not be moving here. The footpaths are way too dirty than expected and I really don’t know when the authorities will look after the matter. There are stalls, people roaming without caring about creating traffic jams. The worst part is that there are severe damages on roads and they are said to have not been repaired and entirely neglected. Our Uber driver said that they always remain dirty as it was then and I really hate untidy roads. My husband discussed these with the project officials and they said they will take care of it and I hope they do. We might visit the area after a month again and if these problems remain the same, we might drop our plan to move in here. Overall other than these the ambience was good enough and you will get rickshaw, ola, ubers and more easily. My overall Shiv Complex Review rating hence will be 3.2 out of 5

Shiv Complex is indeed a great project to invest in. Shiv Developershas been able to grow its name within a short period of time throughout Maharashtra and have several projects spread in Thane, Navi Mumbai and Pune. Shiv Complex got completed three years back in 2019 and a friend of mine had moved into an apartment here so I have got a good idea about the overall project. The facilities one can get here are
