Last year, I opted for the services of Shiftkart. They started by providing me with an affordable quote and on the day of the move they arrived on time as well. The packing process was not that great as they lacked the right packing material. So they had to leave in the middle and get more packing materials. Apart from that, another issue that I noticed was the de-loading process. They were in a lot of hurries and in the process ended up banging a few items on the wall. I booked the service at Shiftkart.com last year in September. So, if you are looking for Shiftkart reviews, then I can assist you with that. I was moving only 5 items, which were the Refrigerator, AC Unit, TV, and washing machine. They promised to move my goods with care, but when I received my goods, I found most of them in poor condition. The TV screen was cracked, and the AC Unit was damaged. When I confronted them about it, they straight away denied but I had taken a video of how they were packing the goods. I threatened to file a police complaint against them. It was after that they reimbursed me for the damages. Avoid these people and go for other packers and movers, such as

I recently shifted within Bangalore and hired Shift Kart for the relocation. Unfortunately, the movers arrived late and lacked coordination among them. This led to damage like scuff marks on the armrests of my leather sofa, which cannot be fixed without professional help and is expensive. Despite reporting the issue, they offered no compensation or replacement. At least, the company should have arranged for repairs to address the damage caused during the move. Overall, my ShiftKart Bangalore Reviews is that moving with them was stressful and no support from the company made it worse.

Sharing my Shift Kart Packers and Movers reviews here. I chose Shift Kart because I saw some reviews where it was claimed they provide top-quality packaging, but my experience was far from satisfactory. Although the staff was friendly, the packing materials didn’t provide the protection I expected. They damaged some of my fragile items during the move. However, the customer service team was helpful in resolving my issue. When I reached out to them, they offered a partial refund to cover the cost of the damaged items. But, I will rethink taking their service again in the future.

It was a bad call to choose Shiftkart for shifting my bike from Bangalore. After they packed and moved my bike in their tempo, they did not bother to contact me or keep me updated. Even after trying to contact them, there was no response from their side.

I must have called them 100s of times to inquire about the status, but they didn’t receive my calls. This was the case, especially with Venkatesh, the guy who packed and moved the vehicle from my home and just disappeared. 

I am never going to take their service ever again and suggest you look for someone reliable and experienced to shift your valuables. 

We were shifting from Sarjapur to Domlur last month and chose their service to move our household goods. On the day of shifting, they didn't come at the agreed time and didn’t even care to inform me. They didn’t even bother to pick up our calls and we had to look for another packer and mover urgently as these people left us stranded in the middle of urgency.

They are unprofessional and don’t value their customers. Don’t book Shiftkart.

This is by far the worst service I have seen while shifting my house. Please avoid their service if you wish to move out of Bangalore. I suffered a lot of about 3000 rupees because of a lack of coordination from the team of Shiftkart.

Their customer service is there just for namesake as they don’t receive your calls. These people have no care for the customer and don’t provide any value through their service.

I don’t even want to give them one star for the pathetic experience I had. I will end my Shiftkart Bangalore review by cautioning you to choose someone after running proper checks only.

I don’t think they rightfully deserve even a single star from me. I want to start my Shiftkart Bangalore review by saying that they are cheaters in the form of a company. I took their service to shift to Tirupati. Their customer care service is a total fraud and they are not responsive nor responsible in the service they provide. I paid 85 per cent of the amount and then they started troubling me with everything. I got damaged items due to their carelessness while packing and moving.
