As per my sister, the charges were Rs. 2.50 per square feet + GST, which is the highest in NCR. Hello, The Sethi Max Royal is spread across 5 acres. This is a gated apartment manned with security. One of my friends has been staying here for 3 years, and I visited them a few weeks back. Overall, I liked the project, especially the Sethi Max Royal location. The nearest metro station to this project is Noida Sector 76 which is just 1.9 km. Another nearby metro station is the Noida Sector 101, which is also only 2.4 km. I heard from my friend that this is a RERA registered project and the Sethi Max Royal RERA number is UPRERAPRJ9744. However, the only con as per my friend was every possible spot has been turned into a parking lot by this builder. In order to earn more money, a space with two cars is designated as three parking spaces. Many apartment owners are unable to park their cars because there is not enough room.

Hi, I was going through a few Sethi Max Royal reviews online, and I felt that the project is worth visiting. When I visited the site, I was informed that the Sethi Max Royal unit configuration is 2, 2.5, and 3 BHK apartments here. However, as this project is ready to move in, there were a few resale apartments for sale. I am interested in one of the resale 3 BHK apartments here. The Sethi Max Royal unit size of a 3 BHK is 1,250 sq. ft. The seller was quoting Rs. 1.25 Cr. I found this Sethi Max Royal price to be a bit high, however; the seller was ready to negotiate. The transaction deal is not yet closed, as I am still negotiating with the seller, and most probably it will be closed within a couple of days.
