The project is just 10 mins from Devanahalli Business Park & KIADB IT Park
Also, 20 mins drive from scenic Nandi hills & Doddaballapur.
It is because of these reasons that I invested here. I think that the upcoming airport section of the Outer Ring Road - Airport Metro will increase the ROI.

It provides OC received ready to occupy 1BHK, 2BHK, and 3BHK apartments. There are a total of 1620 premium homes (2B+G+14 floors) that are open from two sides for cross ventilation and natural lighting. The entire property spans across 8 acres. I really liked this project, and have booked a 2 BHK apartment here. It also provides 79% lush green open spaces, including two sizable central green parks, together with two grand world-class clubhouses (Crystal Club & Gold Leaf) and more than fifty sports, fitness, and leisure amenities.
