Let me share my Saroj Dynasty review here. So my mother and I checked out a flat here last year. There was a 2 BHK on the 2nd floor and we were interested in buying it. The property’s location is something we liked as the Sarjapur Bellandur area has a lot of potential for further development. When it comes to amenities, the society has a swimming pool, a gym, an aerobics room, an amphitheatre, a library, and a spa and the flats here are Vastu compliant.
Everything worked out for us but unfortunately, we couldn’t land on a price which was suitable for both of us. However, if you do find a flat here, I recommend you visit it as this is a good deal for a house in Bangalore.

We have had a flat on this property for a couple of years now. I first inquired about the Saroj Dynasty unit configuration here when we visited the project. You will find 2 and 3 BHK flats here, which we feel are pretty spacious and the parking space is also quite vast.
The maintenance team keeps the place clean and tidy, so you can walk around the area in the morning and evening, which is a refreshing feeling.
The amenities like the swimming pool and gym are maintained well. You can expect a good quality of life here. A big thumbs from our end.

Hi there. I went to Saroj Dynasty a few months ago when a flat was available for resale. I can share my Saroj Dynasty review to help you know more about the place.
So, this property has 2 and 3 BHK flats across an acre of land in total. As far as the Saroj Dynasty location goes, it is located on the Bellandur Road off Sarjapur Main Road, which is a good area to live.
The area is completely commercial with offices in abundance. The upcoming metro in the region will further improve connectivity in the forthcoming years. The Carmelaram train station is about 2.5 km away with a lot of supermarkets like Grand City within close reach. All of this led us to finalising the deal for the house.
