As per my research, this is just 13 mins from the Akurdi train station, and 7 mins from the Dehu Road station. The nearest hospitals include Aadhar Multispeciality Hospital and ICU. So location wise this is a strategic one and will also offer good ROI.

This township spans across 5 acres, and consists of 250 units. This is still an under construction project and the expected possession is in December 2027. As per their floor plan, the apartments here are well ventilated and Vastu compliant. Overall, I am impressed with this project and am thinking of booking an apartment here.
