We have been looking for a 2 BHK apartment for a while now, and came across this project last month. My brother urged us to visit here and look because he had heard some positive reviews about the place. I was quite concerned about the location, so checked Sai Proviso Atlantis address.
I found it’s near to my office, and quite a happening place. I’ll tell you why: not only the Kharghar railway station is nearby, there’s a central park just 15 minutes away from here, and also many healthcare facilities nearby. However, the project is still under construction, so we are not sure whether to invest yet. But definitely keeping it in mind. We have also enquired about the Sai Proviso Atlantis price list, and looking at more options nearby.

We planned to purchase a 2 BHK apartment here, and I’ll tell you what convinced us. I found the architecture very impressive here as they have spacious layouts and good quality finishes. There’s also a 50,000 sq ft podium with over 50 amenities. We are a family with two kids and the location is perfect for us, because it’s close to many schools and colleges. There’s a central park 15 minutes from the project, and many medical facilities as well. I feel it’s a good enough property for a family, looking to buy a house in Mumbai.
Another reason for us to move here is the project’s approval from RERA. It’s a well-verified project, and the Sai Proviso Atlantis RERA number is
P52000051330. The builder is also quite reputed with more than 30 years of experience and 100+ projects. The area is also safe and excellent for families.

My family and I visited this project, and I am particularly impressed by the Dubai-themed architecture. It is spread across 3 acres, and there are many wonderful facilities like a library, gym, yoga room, indoor games, etc. The best part is that it’s close to Mumbai International Airport, and I have heard there’s an upcoming metro station, which will be around 5 minutes from the location. However, I had heard some mixed Sai Proviso Atlantis reviews from my friends, so we are waiting. Personally, I liked the pricing and location of this project, so you can visit the place once and take a call.
