I choose Sahara relocation packers and movers for my recent inter-city relocation. The executive I spoke to, promised a complete package, including loading and unloading of items. There were a few minor issues during the unloading, but the overall experience was good.
The vehicle was shared with other customers, which I think is common as I didn't pay for a premium service. My recent experience with a Sahara Packers & Movers company was very bad. I had to relocate my belongings and was assured of premium quality service. However, the story was exactly the opposite.
There were issues during the packing. Since I paid quite a lot for premium service, I was expecting that the truck would only carry my items, but that wasn’t the case. The unloading was also another big disappointment for me. This was because the unloading wasn’t done by the company’s staff as promised. I had to pay additional money to hire local help for the same.
