I visited this project with my family and we have planned to invest in a 2 BHK apartment here. Let me give you some necessary details about this project. There are 2 and 3 BHK unit configurations here, and the Sagar Avenue price starts from Rs. 2 Cr. There is ample space for parking of both two and four wheeler vehicles, and I also appreciate the builder’s attempt to offer an environmentally friendly society. Apart from the rainwater harvesting system, the society is filled with greenery. There is also a children’s playground which my kids loved when we came here.

We have been living here for a while now, so I can share my Sagar Avenue reviews. This project has an area of 2 acres and the maximum unit size of the flat is around 801 sq ft. There are about 145 units and the apartments are spacious and airy. We have a wide range of facilities and luxurious amenities here, such as clubhouse, park, swimming pool, gym, intercom facilities, internet services, etc. The best part is that the rooms are Vastu-compliant, and I like the maintenance staff here. You will also find CCTV surveillance here, so you can say the society is very secure and well-maintained.
