Of course Rutu City is situated at a location from where you can go easily anywhere but the roads are not well-maintained or repaired in time. I went there last month and I myself witnessed how congested the roads were. There is not even a metro station near it and that is a big concern for me indeed. While coming back, I got into a jam which literally annoyed me a lot. The driver was also telling that autos aren’t to be found there easily and being highly populated, the area has severe air pollution as well.If you have your own car and do not want to rely on auto or other transports, you can definitely opt for this project.

I have been planning to move into a new apartment and so is my husband. We are looking for a 1bhk apartment and came across a Rutu City Review which was intriguing enough and led us to explore it. We got to know that the project has both 1 and 2bhk apartments available there.
1bhk apartments are of 429-452 sq ft and 2bhk apartments are of 623 sq ft approx. I also noticed that the environment there is very much hygienic with well maintained roads surrounding it so communication is not at all a concern.
