I recently visited this project and we are planning to buy a 3 BHK apartment here. Based on what I’ve found, Rustomjee Stella offers 2 and 3 BHK flats, and this project is spread across 0.50 acres. Besides, the builder's huge reputation and experience in delivering some of the popular and renowned residential projects really impressed me. Every unit here is designed for comfort and elegance. And, I found, the project offers some of the necessary and deluxe amenities at the best price. Rustomjee Stella price ranges between Rs. 2.33 Crores to Rs. 3.54 Crores, which I found reasonable. The project has one tower and 65 units. As per the Rustomjee Stella possession date, it will be ready to move in December 2027. I overall rate this project 4 out of 5 under my review.
