What are the Runwal Forests Reviews, Kanjurmarg, Maharashtra?

I had booked a flat in Runwal Forest last year. Runwal Forests location  was the primary reason why I invested in this project. This project is located in Kanjurmarg, Maharashtra which is a very well connected area. In my review here I will tell you about the locational advantages of this project and will also tell you then Runwal Forests completion date.

• This project is just 5 to 20 minutes away from Kanjur railway station, bandook station, Kanjurmarg station, 7 melon, and KD.

• Many hospitals are also close by like Sanjeevani, Ankur Hospital and Spectrum Healthcare.

• There are many malls and movie theaters just within 5 to 7 km radius from this project like Cinepolis, Carnival Cinemas Etc.

As for Runwal Forests construction status it is still under construction and the Runwal Forests possession date is June 2026.

Runwal Forests is a good project if you have a lot of money. It is certainly out of my budget because all of its configurations are way too pricey. Runwal Forests price starts from Rs. 95 lakhs for 1 BHK and goes up to Rs. 2 crores for 3 BHKs.  I think that is way too high for a middle class man like me. I do not think I would like to pay almost one crore for one BHK. Let me tell you the price and the carpet area of the configurations here through a table.

I will certainly not be investing here.

What I loved about Runwal Forests Kanjurmarg is that they have not compromised with the materials used for constructing. They are not only good and from well-known brands but also look elegant. It has vitrified flooring in all the rooms and polished granite kitchen platforms with stainless steel sink are not only durable but also look excellent. The walls too have been fabricated by experts and have either acrylic or plastic paint. You will get an exhaust fan in both the kitchen and bathroom. Dado tiles are also used in the bathroom and kitchen which is great. This is all I have to say in my Runwal Forests Review and would ask you all to go yourself and check it out. It is overall a good project. 

Runwal Forests Kanjurmarg has ample number of facilities that you will not see usually in other projects. I heard a lot about it and finally visited it last week and must admit that the Runwal Forests Review overall is true. They have several amenities like

• Tennis court

• Baby creche

• Bakery outlet

• Cafe

• Mini-theatre

• Gymnasium

• Basketball court

• Squash court

• Games room

• Music/art room

• Steam massage room

• Convenience store

• 2 swimming pools

• Zen garden. 

These are the amenities I witnessed and the nicest part is, they care a lot about children. There are 2 swimming pools, one for kids and one for adults. For kids they are keeping it shallow and have people to guard it which I have never seen in any other project and hence will give this project a 4 out of 5 rating.

The best part of Runwal Forests Kanjurmarg is that the project has 1.5 bhk which is perfect for a couple with a child. 1.5 bhk means that you will get one and a half bedrooms, that is 1 bedroom that has the standard size but the other one is small and below the standard size yet can easily fit in a bed. We have one child who is 3 years old and thus me and my husband believe that it will be a good choice to have an apartment here. The size of such apartments here ranges from 465 sq ft to 535 sq ft and starts from about 1.2 Cr. This is all I have to say about Runwal Forests Review for now.
