After learning about this project from a friend, I checked a few Rohan Harita reviews before visiting their location. I learned that they are among the best builders in Pune. Over the years, they have delivered some great projects. According to the reviews, this project has great amenities, such as a hobby room, games area, reflexology path, Miyawaki forest zone, outdoor fitness area, kids pool, etc.
Apart from that, they have various types of apartments ranging from 1 BHK to 4 BHK, and their prices are somewhere between Rs. 74.09 Lakhs to Rs. 1.84 Crores. I am planning to visit the location this coming weekend and learn more before making a decision.

It is surrounded by lush greenery, thus providing a peaceful living environment and a sense of natural abundance.
The Rohan Harita Possession Date is in September 2028, which means I can start getting the return on investment from this property within a few years.

I had visited this property with him, and during that, we asked about the Rohan Harita Price List. A salesperson told me the starting price of the apartments is Rs. 81.5 Lakhs. We also learned that the apartments here are closer to various locations, such as
