Cleanliness and other services are also excellent. It has good security. All in all, it is secure to live. Maintenance is also affordable and quite good, readily available help and service is provided. There are two parking phases: underground and open. All amenities are available, including swimming pools, tennis courts, badminton courts, markets, gardens, basketball courts and so on. Overall, I will rate it 5.

After visiting this property a month ago, my father gave us his Rishabh Cloud 9 review. He says that this is an average society. He claimed that the location is excellent with easy access to Delhi, Ghaziabad, and Noida. There are several ways to get to NH 24, which is about a 2-minute drive away. However, if you have an apartment on the Phase 2 side, you will need to drive further because the site plot is very deep and narrow in front. There are a lot of stray dogs inside. But, no complaints... as we feed them.
Overall, we liked this property and my father booked a 3 BHK flat here. The Rishabh Cloud 9 3 BHK price for our 1,240 sq ft was Rs 84 lakhs.

I have been staying in this project for the last 6 months. Towers are thoughtfully designed and constructed. The Rishabh Cloud 9 location is also excellent. They may quickly and easily connect to NH-24. Numerous bus, metro, and rail stations are located close to this project.
