VTP Velvet Villas also provides 24-hour security, power backup, and other conveniences, making it an ideal place to live.

My sister booked an apartment in this project. I am writing this VTP Velvet Villas
review, on her behalf as she
was so dissatisfied with the sales team of this project. She said that the sales team was incompetent. There were a lot of communication issues that we faced with the team. We decided to cancel our booking and as per MAHARERA's rule, she was supposed to get a refund, but they are delaying the refund process.

I visited this project. I discovered that VTP Velvet Villas is located in Kharadi, and it offers
3, and 4+ BHK homes.
The project is RERA-registered and the RERA ID is P52100031829. The sales team informed me that the price of apartments ranges from Rs. 4.5 Crores - Rs. 7.7 Crores. Overall I was satisfied with this project but the price is quite expensive and beyond my budget.
