What are the reviews of VTP Altair Kharadi, Pune?

I have booked an apartment in this project. Registration was completed a year ago. However, till now there is no progress in the construction work. The builder team informed us that the possession is expected by Dec-2025. However, considering the supremely delayed project’s construction status, there is very less possibility of an on-time VTP Altair possession.

The  VTP Altair is an excellent project developed by the VTP group.  This project is located on 150+ acres, comprising 2, & 3 BHK apartments, starting from Rs. 79 Lakhs onwards. VTP Altair Kharadi also offers 4 BHK & 6 BHK Simplex and Duplex Luxurious Homes starting from Rs. 2 Cr Onwards.

This project is considered the tallest tower of Kharadi. It is a RERA -registered one and the VTP Altair RERA number is P52100030521.

I was thinking to invest here because the VTP Altair location is in close proximity to my workplace which is WIPRO. Some of the locational factors that stood out for me are as follows;

• It is situated only 3.7 km from the upcoming Ramwadi Metro Station

• 0.7 km and 11.4 Km from Zensar, and Wipro commercial hub

• 2.5 km from D Mart

VTP Altair offers amenities like no other residences nearby. Located in a calm and safe environment the project offers 2 and 3 BHK apartments along with amenities such as Jogging Track, Outdoor Tennis Court, Power BackUp, Swimming Pool, Park, Gyms, Multipurpose Halls, Basketball courts, etc. I personally like the swimming pool and the gym. When I visited the site with my parents I had so much fun spending time in the gym. This was my VTP Altair review.

The project is wonderfully crafted with all the green plants and trees surrounding it. The management people were kind enough to resolve the queries. They helped me whenever I needed them. The locality is good and the maintenance people are outstanding since they put a lot of effort every day to ensure the residents live a comfortable lifestyle.
