Venkatesh Laurel possession date is March 2028. While making a site visit my cousin was also informed about the project amenities. He said that the project will have multiple sports courts. Venkatesh Laurel will have a separate children’s play area, a jogging track and a well-equipped gym. Apart from this, there is a clubhouse, a community hall, and a common garden for the residents’ use. The flats are all vastu compliant. I asked if the project is RERA approved to which he said Venkatesh Laurel RERA number is P52100055058. I think if you have kids and are looking for a safe and lively environment for them to be in, this project would be a good option.
