I purchased an apartment in this Vatsalya Puram project. I am writing this Vatsalya Puram review to highlight the locational advantages of this project. I consider that the project is located in a strategic location. This project is only 10 minutes from the Vanaz and Anand Nagar metro stations. Talking about medical facilities, there is Krishna Hospital, which is within 9 mins. Also, this project is located in close proximity to my son’s school, that is Paranjape Vidya Mandir which is just 1.5 km away from the project. Also, Patanjali Megastore is 1.4 km away from the project.

I visited this Vatsalya Puram project a few months back to buy an apartment for my daughter. The apartment is a RERA-registered one and the RERA ID is P52100033502. The price of apartments ranges from Rs. 2.14 Crores - Rs. 2.17 Crores. The unit sizes in this project range between 1110 sqft. - 1132 sq ft.
