I visited this project with my brother. This project is developed by Maruti Rich Ventures Private Limited. I am writing The Lake Towers review to highlight some of its great amenities. The apartments in this project are supposed to be 100% Vastu compliant. The amenities would also include a children’s play area, an in-house jogging track, and a badminton court. I believe the apartment will be quite safe and secure keeping in mind the presence of 24x7 CCTV surveillance, and security service for the entire property.

When I visited The Lake Towers project, I discovered that the project was completed in January 2018. I was also informed that the price of apartments ranges from Rs. 4.17 Crores - Rs. 5.46 Crores.

Madhapur, Hyderabad which
has been rapidly growing as a prime residential locality. It is very close to the Madhapur Hitech Theatre and Madhapur Police Station bus stations which are just 4-7 minutes away. Also, Durgam Cheruvu and Raidurg metro stations are just 3-7 minutes away. Medical facilities are also nearby, like the Image Hospitals and Oakridge Hospitals which are within a distance of 4-5 minutes.
