I have been living in Tata Santorini for the past six months. This is my review, the property is well-designed. You have privacy from your neighbours yet you are close to them in case of emergencies. There are modern conveniences. The total area of the project is 18 ACRES. To date, there have been no issues with the management or legal team. The TATA name is well-established in the community as well. Ending my Tata Santorini review with the complete address of the property.It is 451, Irulapalayam Road, Opposite EVP Theme Park, Off, NH4, Kuthambakkam, Tamil Nadu 602107. If you have kids, definitely give the place a visit.

Tata Santorini is right at the crux of Kuthambakkam just 5 minutes from Mumbai Highway. Thinking about my daily transportation, the Bus Station and metro Station are 10 mins away. Even the Poonamallee junction and Chennai-Vellore Road are a short 10 mins away from the property. Moreover, good schools, hospitals, and entertainment centres are within reach. I googled and found Queensland Amusement Park, Saveetha Engineering College, Saveetha Medical College Hospital, Queensland Clinic and Prasanna medicals, Sree Sastha Nursing College, Apollo Vidyashram and Apollo Vidyashram, Hi-Tech CBSE School, Apollo Engineering College. Tata Santorini has all the amenities you can think of, there is a swimming pool, gym, cycling studio, badminton court, yoga studio and car parking. The project is spacious and offers a view of Uchimedu and Chembarambakkam lakes. The project has all legal approvals from the Hyderabad urban planning authorities. The architecture is inspired by the Spanish style. End of my Tata Santorin review.

I have purchased a resale flat in Tata Santorini. The layout of the units is good with balconies, plenty of windows and spacious rooms. The property is ready to move. I had the option to choose between 1 BHK, 2BHK and 3BHK. Given my family size, I chose the 3BHK. The size of the apartment ranges from 576 sq.ft.- 1150.67 sq. ft. When I spoke to the seller, he gave me a good Tata Santorini Review. The residential project is luxurious and in a prime location.
