Because I wanted to see good returns, I decided to invest in Surbhi Park. But after doing research on the project, I found numerous Prestige High Fields reviews that said the project's construction quality was subpar and that, as a result, investments placed in the project would not generate favourable returns over the long term.
I also read in some Surbhi Park reviews that the project price has appreciated by almost 5% in the last 1 year, which is a good ratio from an investment angle. This got me a little confused as to whether I should invest here or not. So, from an investment point of view, I am waiting for a few more Surbhi Park review, before I come to a final decision.
