I am planning to invest in an apartment in SS Linden only for investment purposes. This project is situated in Gurgaon Sector-84, which is considered a prime location in New Gurugram. The prices of apartments in this project start from 1.58 crores but these prices have been forecasted to substantially increase in the near future. One reason is that the residential projects for senior executives who have offices in places like Sohna Road and Cyber Hub are gaining traction in New Gurugram.

I have bought a 4 BHK apartment in SS Liden mainly because this project is offering low-rise independent floors. My parents are old and they told me that they won’t live in a tall building no matter how good its elevators are. They liked this project also because it is Vastu compliant. Some people told me that the empty land parcels near the project pose a safety and security threat to residents but the builder ensured me that this is a gated community, so 4 AM will be the same as 4 PM here.

My uncle is rich and they booked an apartment in SS Linden last month. I visited this project with him last week to see how the construction is going. I can tell you about the nearby location in this review. What I liked about the project is that it is around 1.3 km away from Dwarka Expressway and 3.1 km from NH 08. I also saw many schools (Delhi Public School) and hospitals (Miracle Apollo) near the project. However, I want you to know that the frequency of public transport is limited in this area.
