The building is well designed with wide balconies with utmost privacy. I was so surprised to see that Sree Dhrisha Homes which is a standalone apartment have so many amenities. The amenities are as follows; Kid's Play Area, Rain Water Harvesting, Solar Fencing, Generator, Electrical Transformer, Terrace Sit-out, Car Parking Space, Lift, Manjeera water connection, CCTV Surveillance, Open Air Gym, and Organic Garden.

I visited the Sree Dhrisha Homes project a few months back. I discovered this is a standalone apartment, and Kalasha Realtors developed the project. The sales team informed me that the apartment price in this project is Rs. 5600 per Sq.ft. This project is also approved by GHMC & RERA.

I am writing this Sree Dhrisha homes review, as I booked a 2 BHK apartment in this project. I am a professor at the DRK Engineering College, which is only 10 km from this project. It is also located very close to my son’s school which is The Creek Planet School. The Metro station is also located at 3.6 Km. Overall, I am satisfied with this project.
