Last year, I visited the location of this project with my father. He wanted to purchase a Vastu-compliant apartment and after doing some research, I came to know about it. This project has quite a lot of great amenities, such as an aerobics room, spa, swimming pool, park, skating rink, indoor games, basketball court, gym, etc. I met up with a salesperson of the project and asked him about the Sobha Sentosa possession date, which is in June 2026. He also informed me about the RERA number of the project, which is PRM/KA/RERA/1251/446/PR/310322/004799. Last, I asked about the price of the apartments here, and they told me it was Rs. 66.15 Lakhs. After learning about all these, I purchased a unit here. 

My brother shared the Sobha Sentosa location with me and told me he had purchased an apartment, and I should consider the same as well. I looked up a few Sobha Sentosa reviews to know more about it. I can imagine a lot of people giving this endeavour a one or two-star rating. These are people who have never visited the project but live in the region and believe that by writing a negative review about the road, they would put pressure on Sobha to find a traffic solution, although it is not in the hands of the builder. Bengaluru's traffic is something that may be found in any part of the city. If you ask me about the project, I believe it is one of the greatest and will be a landmark in the neighbourhood. For the first time, a developer has created a stunning Singapore-themed project with world-class amenities. Quality and finishing don't need to be mentioned because Sobha is synonymous with them.

Hi Buddy,

There are numerous disadvantages that you need to consider while purchasing a property in the Sobha Sentosa project.

  • Sobha has not started the Khata transfer procedure for the adjacent 81-acre project (Sobha Dream Acres aka SDA). Instead, Sobha is now advising residents to pay the improvement charges, which are presently at 8 Cr, including 4 Cr. interest

  • The region has poor road access; when we bought our apartment in 2016, the salesperson promised that the road would be expanded in six months. It now takes almost an hour to get to the outer ring road, and it takes 50 minutes to cross under the bridge. I am quite sure that the road will take another ten years to widen. Do not invest only on the basis of a salesperson's fraudulent promise

  • The water quality is quite poor. Due to this, keeping the kitchen and bathroom clean is quite tough.

  • Sobha has yet to provide a BESCOM connection, despite the fact that the flat has been handed over for more than three years. As a result, electricity fluctuates greatly, causing damage to the electronic item.

  • CRM does not respond to all of the aforementioned units in a timely manner, and at times does not respond at all

Hi Buddy, If you're thinking about buying an apartment in Sobha Sentosa, reconsider. Without a doubt, the project is worthwhile. However, the route leading to this project from the Outer Ring Road or Varthur Police Station is rather narrow and contains a railway underpass, so it takes 45 to 1 hour to commute, depending on your luck. This region has very bad roads and little services. There has been no change in the last five years, as promised by a Sobha construction sales representative for Sobha Dream Acres. The connecting road to Whitefield is always congested. Because of the heavy traffic, even school buses and ambulances are unable to pass. I would say, avoid investing in properties in this area until a decent road is constructed.
