I am planning to book an apartment in Banashankari, Bangalore. After going through several Sobha Royal Crest reviews, I decided to visit this project. I booked a site visit by contacting +91 9916831921. On enquiring about the Sobha Royal Crest launch date, I got to know that this is an under construction project and the expected possession is by December 2028. The builder team provided me with the following unit configuration table;

During my house hunt, I visited several projects in and around Banashankari, Bangalore. This included my visit to Sobha Royal Crest, and
Purva Park Hill. Both the projects are excellent, however, I preferred Purva Park Hill out of the 2. This is because I found the Sobha Royal Crest price a bit high and beyond my budget. Sobha Royal Crest is offering 3 BHK at Rs. 2 Cr. Onwards, and on the other hand, I was offered a 3 BHK apartment in Purva Park Hill at Rs. 1.69 Cr onwards. Though it is not a huge difference, I still prefer booking an apartment in Purva Park Hill and save the extra money.
