In January, we made a booking for an apartment in this
Smart World Orchard
project by paying the booking fee. That started the loan sanctioning procedure, and by April, we had also made the necessary 10% payment. However, it took several phone calls and emails before we got any acknowledgement of the payments we made. We are yet to obtain the builder-buyer agreement. Because the project appears to be bogged down by various RERA issues, it is also unclear when the allotment letter will be issued. The CRM team, the sales team, and even the RM provide appalling customer service. Even after numerous emails, phone calls, and meetings, they refused to assist you with anything. I'm not sure how these businesses build consumer trust. If we had known this beforehand, we wouldn't have considered opting for this project. I believe this

I visited this project a few months back. I somehow was not quite satisfied with the project location. One of my friends, Angira who stays in this locality often complains about its locational disadvantages. In this Smart World Orchard review, I would like to share a few worth mentioning locational disadvantages;
Unstable water supply and over-reliance on water tankers
Unplanned power outages and reliance on diesel generators to provide electricity
Footpath encroachments are frequent occurrences
There is frequently a lot of traffic on the Golf Course Extension Road
Open garbage disposal and burning are frequent occurrences
Golf Course Extension Road is full of potholes
Growing theft instances pose security issues
Hence, I am a bit sceptical about whether I should invest here or not.
