Let me share some important info about the Shriram Suvilas Palms review. My father and I visited the site a few weeks back after getting lots of calls. From what we have seen, nothing was present on this property, construction has not even begun. I think the developer would need to put more attention on construction and less on aggressive advertising. The entrance road is also very unpleasant. If you are willing to stick to this for three to four years, you can consider it.

I just wanted to share one of my friends Shriram Suvilas Palms review because he had a terrible experience. He said it's been three years since he asked for a refund due to poor building quality. He confirmed this thing from a third-party inspector. He even complained to RERA, but there has been no progress on those complaints. He said the site's development has now been paused for the past month. So I think this can be a risky choice to make.

When I saw such a green surrounding and open space in the ad for this property, I thought I must take a closer look. So I visited their site office. The management team there showed me the project’s overall structure along with the plan. In that, I noticed they offer 2, 2.5 and 3 BHK apartments with a starting price of Rs.58 Lakhs. After seeing all the floor plans, we are thinking to book a 3 BHK here. But my father is saying to wait for more Shriram Suvilas Palms reviews before going ahead.
