I went to Sai Luxuria to enquire about the price and booking process and I must tell you this very clearly in my Sai Luxuria review that it has one of the worst sales teams for making false promises. They first stated that the cost would be within a range of Rs. 65 lacs to Rs. 72 lacs. But they disclosed the pricing range, which was between 76 lacs and 85 lacs, on the day of the unveiling. From August 21 to February 22 I squandered my time on their bogus promises.
I must state that the builder here employed the worst sales crew, lacking social skills and a working knowledge of sales tactics. The building is, nonetheless, nicely constructed. But I would still not suggest anyone invest in Sai Luxuria.

Sai Luxuria has a decent neighbourhood with many amenities. I have visited the properties a number of times and I have observed that many schools exist nearby. I noticed that the distance between Sai Luxuria and the Chinchwad Railway Station is around 7 kilometres from here.
On my way to the property, I also saw that Pristine Square, Westend Mall, SPOT 18, and Xion Mall are some good shopping options near the property.
And the best part that I would highlight in this Sai Luxuria review is the existence of Lifepoint Multispeciality Hospital and NRS Hospital which attest to the high calibre of the medical facilities in Wakad. I also know that the neighbourhood is home to well-known hotels such as the Ginger Hotel, Sayaji Hotel, and Hotel Tip Top International. The Aundh-Wakad road connects Wakad to Pune International Airport after around 20 kilometres.
It can be a good investment to spend in Sai Luxuria.

I bought a flat in Sai Luxuria and let me tell you that there are several manufacturing flaws here, including water seepage, wall damage, wall cracks, paint damage, etc., and the builder is not providing any post-possession assistance to address the flaws. The builder's construction was of very poor quality.
No one is responding, and the builder's designated representatives are not returning calls after repeated complaints. You should also know that on Datta Mandir Road, hawkers frequently intrude, making it rather difficult to commute along the length. And I feel that it is the worst when it rains because Wakad and the main highways leading to Hinjewadi become flooded. During rainy seasons, instances of frequent power outages are frequently reported.
I have no way out but I suggest you refrain from spending your money here in Sai Luxuria.
