Rustomjee Summit is located in Borivali East which is the busiest and most bustling neighbourhood. I have lived in this area for 4 years now. Even if a girl returns home late at night, there won't be a problem. Purchasing groceries, medications, and other items, as well as shopping, are all convenient. That is why I wanted to buy a flat in Rustomjee Summit.
I even researched a lot about the property and although it doesn't have any drawbacks per se, I can give you an honest Rustomjee Summit review by telling you that the area is a little noisy. Therefore, it could be upsetting to some. Schools are not nearby, and pollution is present every time.
I suggest you to visit Rustomjee Summit before finalising anything.

I truly enjoy the surroundings of Rustomjee Summit. Major employment centres are close by, and there are many shops around this property. I read a Rustomjee Summit review on the internet stating that the infrastructure is excellent, and water management is also wonderful.
But when I visited the property site I observed that the security officer is annoying, and the CCTV cameras weren't operating properly. Nobody is doing anything about the water leaks and flooded roads during the rainy season, and last but not least, the infrastructure is too old and needs to be updated.
I am not very sure if I am going to invest in Rustomjee Summit or not.

Hi there,
With a metro station, a national highway, and a railroad station, the area around Rustomjee Summit is well connected. My sister wanted to buy a flat here so she shared her Rustomjee Summit review with me. She told me that there is a market there for necessities. The roads are fairly wide, making for a comfortable ride. The highways are somewhat congested because good connections draw both private and public transportation vehicles.
But there is a Food Corporation of India storage facility in the vicinity, which poses a significant difficulty because grains must be treated with pesticide on a regular basis, which can cause mosquitoes to emerge from the warehouses and annoy the people. Slums in the neighbourhood have also a significant issue for five years.
I suggested my sister wait for a few more months and see the development in the area and then invest in Rustomjee Summit.

I have visited this property site and I can say in my Rustomjee Summit review that the location looks ideal because there are many construction projects nearby that will raise property values in the near future. It is just five minutes on foot from the proposed metro station. Due to the presence of two well-known builders and connectivity on top, this can be a fantastic offer for investors. Two international also schools exist nearby.
