Runwal Sanctuary is an under-construction site in Mulund. In order to examine a sample apartment and other amenities, I came to this site with a close relative who was also looking for houses. However, it seemed as though the sales crew had little interest in making a sale and had no desire to show us anything. There were unpleasant marketing personnel who were not bothered about their obligations. I also read a Runwal Sanctuary review saying that the sales team deceives the prospect before winning them over. Videos are displayed but no samples are flat are shown to buyers. Time was wasted and the experience was generally bad at Runwal Sanctuary.

My brother invested in Runwal Sanctuary and he gave me his own Runwal Sanctuary review. He said that the property provides 2 and 3-bedroom apartments at reasonable prices. The project is now under construction, and this will be finished by 2025. The project is in a great location because you can see the yoga hills in perfect focus. High-end amenities including a gymnasium, badminton court, pool, guest bedroom, library, yoga area, picnic area, meditation area, mini theatre, and many more are all available to me as part of the project. He is quite pleased with his investment and says that Runwal Sanctuary is one of the best projects he ever invested in, the project spans 6 acres.

In Thane, Mumbai, there is this development site called the Runwal Sanctuary. I visited the site and made a reservation for a three-bedroom apartment. We have been somewhat misled by the words sales and management team. Compared to other projects in the region, the property is a little pricey. Both the infrastructure construction and road repairs are progressing at a modest pace. I even read a Runwal Sanctuary review which said that even though the project has good access to the city's centre, it experiences a lot of traffic at rush hour. I would advise everyone to look at alternative projects prior to investing in Runwal Sanctuary because I am not very pleased with it.
