Every member of our family works. One of the most significant issues that we used to confront was commuting. As a result, we decided to buy an apartment in Runwal OYT from where each of us can easily travel to our business without wasting too much time. I'm a pilot, and I calculated that the International Airport is only 9 kilometres from Wadala and can be reached in around 30-40 minutes. My wife's office is about 5-6 kilometres away in the Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC), which is a major employment centre.
It also provides good access to Colaba's business sector, which is around 15 kilometres distant and where my father commutes every day because he owns and operates a cloud kitchen there.

In this Runwal OYT review, I am going to share my experience with the Runwal developer which has been a complete nightmare. Before purchasing an apartment in this project or any other project from the builder, be wary of their glitzy promotion. These folks have no moral principles or ethics. I would never advise someone to invest their hard-earned money with the Runwal group. They have Politicians, Police, and Lawmakers all under control, so you'd be running from pillar to post with no respite. Before the transaction, the Runwal sales team made a number of false promises to us:
They were unaware of the original flat configuration
They are unaware of the strategy or the true worth of the voucher
They have no idea how to deal with customers after the sale
They have no idea how to maintain genuine consumer relationships. Customer service is abysmal, and the personnel is incredibly unprofessional.
After accepting your money, they will be unconcerned about your complaints.
