My office is in the Global Technology Park. I have finally decided to invest in a Reliable ecity plotted project because I know for a fact that this is going to be a huge deal in future. Offices are opening up and people are finally coming back to their workplaces. In the coming years, I estimate that there will be a rush in investment. Reliable has done a brilliant job in my personal opinion. They have provided everything anyone can think of within this gated community. Shopping, entertainment, daily chores, fitness, calmness, you name it and you’ll get it. I swear I don’t want to sound salesy and all but their is a lot of promise I feel.

Honestly, you will be able to find Reliable ecity reviews genuinely after the possession is over. As of now from what I know, the plan is ready and work is ongoing. If we go by Reliable Developers’ reputation, they deliver on their promises. What stands out for me is that this project is strategically located and has potential to overtake HSR as the main hub of investment in South Bangalore. The price appreciation will definitely be on cards if everything goes as planned. An early investment will be fruitful for sure.

Looks like you too are looking to invest in Reliable ecity. Well, I am considering the same. I am through with some part of research with the help of my lawyer brother. Although he is not a property lawyer, he told me to go over a few things before spending more time and energy on this project. I looked through and I found out that there are no complaints or legal issues as of now on this particular project by Reliable Developers. I went to the RERA Karnataka website to check the same. I tried looking for the approval documents and as it mentions on the official website and Reliable e city brochure, the project has BDA approval as well. I am looking forward to knowing more details about the pricing analysis. I have contacted a few people to help me with that. Till then, if anyone here finds something about ecity by Reliable please do share.
