I invested in this project in December 2020. The flats in Provident Neora were initially meant to be delivered by June 2021, but the Covid problem caused a delay, therefore it was a reasonable excuse. It was then guaranteed that the flats would be delivered by December 2021. Many property owners were shocked to learn that the handing over of the flats was postponed until September 2022. The readily available explanation is that they received late approval from RERA authorities. Their dedication to their consumers is utterly poor and unappreciated.
I would suggest you exercise caution before investing here.

Provident Neora is an amazing project. I enquired about the project a few months back for my sister. This project offers roomy apartments with luxurious amenities. On my visit to the project, I saw that there are stunning views all around Provident Neora. The project is located at the intersection of Sampigehalli, Jakkur, and Yelahanka, which great connectivity and is close to both established and developing towns and facilities.
The 2 BHK+2T flats here have an area of 890-920 sq. ft. For Provident Neora price, you must contact the builder because I am not aware of the current price of the configurations here. Also, I must tell you that possession of this project started in December 2021.
I have also seen a fully equipped clubhouse, beautiful gardens, a gymnasium, a swimming pool, relaxation areas, outdoor sports courts, a children's play area, a party hall, and state-of-the-art 24/7 amenities at Provident Neora.

One of the worst builders I've ever seen in my life is Provident Neora. I already own one home here, so I can give you honest Provident Neora reviews. They construct/plaster using mud rather than cement, which is absolutely terrible. The walls are of very bad quality. Please be careful before giving them your hard-earned money.
I'm also doubtful of how they are coping with the presence of such unprofessional sales representatives at the project's sales office. They have very poor behaviour on their part.
Please invest your money in a better place.
