location advantages, that intrigued me to book an apartment here;
The distance between the bus stops at Karanai and Thalambur is only 4-6 minutes.
City Clinic and Sri Isari Velan Mission Hospital are within 4–7 minutes.
My son and daughter are pursuing their education at Ramaniyam Sankara School and Gateway The Complete School, which is only an 11 to 18 minutes drive.

I want to purchase an apartment in the Plaza Elite Acres project. This project is very close to my workplace in Future tech park which is only 8.7 km. However, a little birdie told me the project was constructed by blocking the
Ottiambakkam Lake drain canal. Also, one of my friends who has booked an apartment here always complains about the electricity crisis that they face. Hence, I am a bit sceptical about investing in this project. I would seriously consider what happens to this project during the rainy season. However, I really want honest insight from others if they are aware of this issue. Thanks in advance.

I visited this project to conduct due diligence on my part before booking an apartment here. Plaza Elite Acres
is a RERA-approved project and the RERA ID is TN/01/Building/0156/2017. Apartments at Plaza Elite Acres are available in 1.5 and 2-bedroom layouts, making them the ideal residence for both families and bachelors. The flats here offer roomy interiors with good ventilation that lets in light and fresh air. The balcony/window offers beautiful views and sunlight, making it the ideal place to unwind after a long day. Apartments are priced between Rs. 23.2 and 23.61 lakhs. I believe the cost is reasonable, economical, and practical when taking into account the location, services, and facilities offered.
