Palladium Plus is located in Dhanori which is a good locality with a peaceful, green environment. My cousin lives in Dhanori, very close to this project. So, I know that the people are friendly and helpful. There are well maintained parks in the area. Temples, mosques and other religious places are nearby. It is a safe and secure area. The area has excellent infrastructure. That is why my father was planning to buy a flat in Palladium Plus. The project has all of the amenities that you can think of, like;

My workplace is in Dhanori that is why I was looking for an apartment in Dhanori. I knew that Dhanori is a developing suburb near the international airport in northeastern Pune. Palladium Plus is a great project and this locality just adds to the beauty of the project. During my many visits to the project I realised that the residents at Dhanori have several modes of transport such as bus, railways, cab, etc. Also, if you have kids, there are several good international schools near Dhanori as well. I think in terms of the locality, Palladium Plus is a great buy.

The Palladium Plus project is an ongoing project, scheduled to be delivered by December 2023. I was looking for a residential project in Dhanori, that is when I came to know about Palladium Plus. It offers 1 and 2 BHK flats between the price range of ₹ 65 lakhs to ₹75 lakhs. The area of the rooms is between 389 to 637 sq ft. I felt that the rooms were quite small and too highly priced. I would not wish to spend my entire life savings for a tiny 2 BHK house.
I don’t think Palladium Plus is worth investing in.
