I have visited this project so I can tell you that the project offers apartments with the perfect combination of contemporary architecture and features to provide comfortable living.

And I feel that the best thing about it is that it has 22 per cent of open space. This project has 10 high-rise towers. Let me tell you the pricing of different configurations here.

The

Nyati Elysia possession date is different for its 5 different phases. I have booked a flat in phase 1 of Niyati Elysia and I must tell you that it is a high

standard project with enough space for a hall, kitchen and bedrooms. You can visit the project and see for yourself that the amenities are good and are ready but I don't think it is enough for all phases if everyone from society starts utilising these amenities. I also feel some flats are not made by considering Vastu. 

However, I really love the locality in which this project is situated which is Kharadi. Kharadi is very well connected with Pune city and is one of the most liked localities by corporate professionals because there are many IT offices in this area.

I hope you have been able to understand the Nyati Elysia price and size from this chart itself. I found the project worth investing in. The construction material is good, and they offer a large number of amenities as well. You can visit the Nyati Elysia Kharadi address and then decide whether you want to invest here or not. The possession date of this project is set for March 2024, so book your apartment if you are really interested in living here.

I checked out the Nyati Elysia floor plan and was quite interested in this project. However, I witnessed several Nyati Elysia issues on my visit there like-

• They are delaying the possession date every year

• No amenities other than a swimming pool, gym and small park

• Scarcity of open space inside the campus

• Security guards at the entry gate are rude

• No proper rainwater drainage system

• No parking area

• Lack of proper security

• Compact apartments (seemed very suffocating to me) and more

The only positive aspect is the Nyati Elysia Kharadi location. I will rate this project 1.7/ 5. 

 I will talk about 2 & 3 RHK and the floorplan in the Nyati Elysia Kharadi review. All the apartments get plenty of natural light and ventilation. The flats are available in 2 different  configurations and multiple  varied layouts (or floor plans). The 2BHKs have varied layouts of  709sq. Ft, 745sq. Ft, 788sq. ft. 790sq. ft, 795 sq. ft , 800sq. ft, and 810 sq. ft. carpet area. On the other hand, 3BHKs have varied layouts of 1150sq. Ft , 1155 sq. ft, 1160 sq. ft, 1119 sq. ft, and 1180 sq. ft. carpet area. I want to add in my Nyati Elysia reviews, all these different layouts have 2 or more balconies. The price for the apartments has been showcased at  ₹70 Lacs - ₹94 Lacs.
