When I was looking for an apartment in the Moshi area of Pune, I came across the Nexus Atrium project. I visited this project and discovered that Nexus Atrium is an under-construction residential project launched by Nexus Group, located in Moshi, Pune. The project is offering
1, 2, 2.5, and 3 BHK
apartments for sale. I was told by the sales team that the starting price of the apartments in this Nexus Atrium project is Rs. 57.64 Lacs - Rs. 58.86 Lacs. The price according to me was reasonable.

I booked an apartment in this project. There are 120 apartments available at Nexus Atrium. The project is RERA-registered, and the RERA ID is P52100032575. This Nexus Atrium review is to highlight that it is only 7-10 mins from my workplace, which is Sainath hospital. Overall, I am satisfied with this project.
