Mount Everest Building is situated on the Harbour Line of the Mumbai Suburban Railway Network, roughly 2 km from Wadala Road railway station. This was the sole reason I wanted to invest here because it would surely ease my father who is a railway employee, to commute easily to his workplace. On Mumbai Monorail Line 1, Wadala Bridge Station, which connects Chembur and Sant Gadge Maharaj Chowk, is around 2 kilometres away. However, I read a certain Mount Everest Building review that walkers at New National Market (1 km) are inconvenienced by illegal triple-row parking. Numerous two-wheeler accidents are also caused by a sizable pit located around two kilometres from Ram Mandir Signal. Although all the other factors are a plus for me so I think I will proceed with investing in Mount Everest Building.

Mount Everest Building provides a nice balance of high-rise properties that are both under development and ready to move in the mid-income budget sector. I read a Mount Everest Building review that said that within a 10-kilometre radius are business hubs like the Bandra Kurla Complex, the Indiabulls Finance Centre, and the Mumbai Port Trust. Wadala East residents. This was a big plus for me since I work in a company in the Indiabulls Finance Centre. However, after visiting the property and talking to a few residents I realised that Mount Everest Building has problems because of encroaching pathways. Residents also claim that the smoke from the Rashtriya Chemical Fertilizer factory gives them headaches.
I am still contemplating if I should invest in the Mount Everest Building or not.

Hi,
I am a real-estate research writer and it was during one of the research work that I came to about Mount Everest Building. The property immediately caught my eye because I liked its pricing. They offer 3 BHK flats with an area of 1255 sq. ft. at ₹2.70 Cr. The price was quite at par with my budget. But when I checked some Mount Everest Building reviews, I found out that there were severe issues of waterlogging near the locality and very poor drainage facility along with illegal parking issues.
I am going to visit Mount Everest Building before I make a final investment decision here.
