I booked an apartment in this Mehta Premiere project. This project provides 100% Vastu-compliant homes to make sure you are always surrounded by happiness and light. I also consider that this project is situated in a strategic location of Borivali, west. The bus stops at Poisar Depot and Kandivali Station (W) are only 3 minutes from this project. One can reach DMart and Reliance SMART in 6 to 8 minutes.

I'm so disappointed that I'm writing this Mehta Premiere review. As I booked an apartment for this project, I was constantly pressured by the builder team to pay the final amount for OC. Once I paid the final amount they gave me a possession of the apartment with OC but without water. I just can't believe the granite in my brand-new apartment is cracked. The construction team claims that a plank fell on the granite, causing the cracks, which they would not repair. The tiles are hollow as well.
