What are the Reviews of Meda Heights, Bellandur, Bangalore?

I booked an apartment here considering the amazing Meda Heights location of Bellandur. This is equidistant from the city centre and Bengaluru International Airport. This is also in close proximity to the Bellandur Railway Station, K.R.Puram Railway Station, Outer Ring Road, and Carmelaram Railway Station.

The Meda Heights construction status is still awaiting completion, and I am eagerly waiting for its possession. 

Visited this project a few months back. The Meda Heights address is near AET Circle, behind Adarsh Palm Retreat, Bellandur, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560103. The Meda Heights possession date is September 2024. You can contact +91-9704004000/+91-9032979393 to book a site visit. The Meda Heights price ranges from Rs. 1.05 Crores to Rs. 1.39 Crores. Overall, I really liked the project. Some of the project’s specifications are as follows;

• RCC FRAMED building with Ace exterior and acrylic paint finish to withstand seismic loads

• Melamine-polished moulded and panelled shutters with standard hardware

• They are providing the best teak wood door frame and shutter with aesthetically pleasing melamine shine and reputable brand designer hardware

Meda Heights is an exclusive under-construction residential project that is being built by the renowned developer Meda Groups near Sarjapur Road in Bangalore. The possession is expected by December 2023. It is located in a strategic location of Bellandur, Bangalore. Some of its locational advantages are as follows;

• It is only 2.4 Km from the Cessna Business Park, 2.1 km from the  Prestige Technology Park, 0.1 km from the Embassy Pristine, 7.6 km from the Hoodi Industrial Area

• It is only 4.3 km from the Carmelaram Railway Station

• Famous educational institutions like Neev Academy, and the Orchids International School is just 1.5 and 1.6 km respectively

It is because of these advantages that this project by the Meda group will have a good return on investment.

Meda Heights offers spacious 1BHK, 2BHK & 3BHK flats in Pallikaranai, Chennai. The unit configuration is as follows;

Meda Heights is a B+G+14 floors high rise complex, which is spread across 5.86 acres. Also, all the apartments are 100% Vastu compliant. You should visit the site and perform your due diligence before booking an apartment here.

I visited this Meda Heights project. It is RERA-registered, and the RERA ID is PRM/KA/RERA/1251/446/PR/200515/003403. 

In this Meda Vista review, I’d like to highlight a few amenities which I really liked;

• Spa

• The presence of premium branded fittings

• Maintenance Staff

• 24/7 security and CCTV surveillance 

• Infinity view swimming pool

• Sports area that includes a tennis court, basketball court, table tennis court, and a badminton court

• Yoga / Meditation area

• Pool Table

However, there are a few things that I didn’t like about this project. I felt that the sales team was quite unprofessional as they could not provide enough details regarding the project. The team is quite ignorant of the real questions that customers can ask. 

Also, I felt that the project layout does not justify the price they are charging. I really felt that the kitchens and bedrooms were not spacious enough.
