Manikchand Malabar Apartments because of its amazing connectivity to schools and hospitals. My parents are old and require regular checkups and I also have two little kids. So, when I read the Manikchand Malabar Apartments review, I realised it would be a good investment since renowned hospitals like Southern Command Hospital were just 1.2kms away, Inamdar Multispeciality Hospital was 2 km away, Noble Hospital was just 600 metres away. Also, good schools were within a walking distance.

Manikchand Malabar Apartments caught my eye because of its affordability. I read Manikchand Malabar Apartments review which said that the price of a 1270 sq ft, 2 BHK configuration apartment is just ₹ 91.44 lacs. I found the price very comfortable for my budget. I must also say that the property is quite nicely connected to many railway stations and the airport too.

Shivajinagar Railway Station is 6.2 km away
Saswad Road Station Railway Station is 7.3 km away
