Manikchand Malabar Apartments caught my eye because of its affordability. I read Manikchand Malabar Apartments review which said that the price of a 1270 sq ft, 2 BHK configuration apartment is just ₹ 91.44 lacs. I found the price very comfortable for my budget. I must also say that the property is quite nicely connected to many railway stations and the airport too.
