Buying a house is a time-consuming and exhausting process. You will have to do several checks before buying a house. For me, I am required to visit projects in Thathawade, mainly Krisala 41 Cosmo and
Millennium Pacific. I am also going through several Millennium Pacific and Krisala 41 Cosmo reviews before making any decision. Now I am a bit confused because both of them are really good projects. Both of them are under construction and RERA-registered.
However, somehow I am more attracted to the Krisala 41 Cosmo, as they are not only providing 2 BHK but also providing an extra 0.25 with it, making it 2.25 BHK. So this helps people like me who are not in a position to buy 3 BHK can go for this option. They can turn this 0.25 into a study room, a Puja Ghar, a workout den, or a meditation zone.

A few months back, I organised a site visit for this project by calling +918412833444. On enquiring about the Krisala 41 Cosmo construction update, I got to know that this project is a newly launched one and is under construction. The expected Krisala 41 Cosmo possession date is by 2025. I also got to know that this is RERA-registered and the 41 Cosmo RERA number is P52100029844. I really liked the project’s locational advantages which include;

Hinjewadi IT Park - 7 km
Jupiter Hospital - 9.8 km
