KG House of Champions is a small township located in Perumbakkam area of South Chennai. The residential property is a beautifully structured abode which offers 2BHK+2T apartments in a stilt 5 floor structure. I have paid frequent visits to the property site with my mother since the past few months because after careful consideration, we had finalised this property for ourselves. My family members were most amazed by the 100+ lifestyle amenities offered by the property. But what caught my father’s and my eye was the price at which these spacious 2 BHK flats were available.
