I have been working in an IT enterprise near Balewadi so I know about the region quite well and this was the primary reason why I wanted to invest in Kakkad La Vida. I can give you my Kakkad La Vida review very precisely in terms of the locality. If you have kids then this property is a very good buy since top schools like Rabindranath Tagore School, C M International School, and Vibgyor High School are all nearby. A few hospitals nearby are Jupiter Hospital, Surya Mother and Child Hospital, and Sus Hospital. The Pune Junction Railway Station is only 14 kilometres from Dapodi Railway Station on the Mumbai-Chennai Line, while the distance is approximately 11 km. Aundh Road connects Balewadi to Pune International Airport around 20 kilometres.

I have also visited Kakkad La Vida and I can tell you that the configurations are good enough and the balconies are large. I will soon be investing in Kakkad La Vida.

As compared to other reviews, my Kakkad La Vida review is quite positive. I visited the property site and found the employees and managers in the sales office to be very polite. The building blueprints and floor plans were excellent. But I agree that the room sizes are small as planned. For young couples or singles, sizes are acceptable. But what is concerning is that towers A and B have different prices. Second, for possession in three years, or in 2023, the asking price is excessive.

I visited Kakkad La Vida after I saw a social media post about it. I can give you a first-hand Kakkad La Vida review. Actual 3-BHK apartments differ greatly from the sample flat shown everywhere. Internal access to the apartment is fairly limited. In front of Kakkad La Vida, another 2 flats have opening doors. The lobby of the entrance walk has windows that lead to the kitchen and bathrooms. Between the apartments is a poorly placed internal duct. The 3bhk is very ill-organised.

I wouldn’t recommend Kakkad La Vida to anyone.

Hi,

I went to the sales office of Kakkad La Vida a few weeks back and I must tell you that it had the worst salespeople who weren't mannered enough to talk appropriately to customers and seemed uninterested in making sales. I checked out Phase 1 A and B or the property on my own and observed that given that the price is a major concern. I also tried to talk to a few residents of the Balewadi region where the property is located and get some Kakkad La Vida review. They told me that households are forced to rely on water tanks due to a severe lack of water supply. The residents also face daily hardships due to the growing problem of stray dogs. Residents of Balewadi are frustrated by recurrent voltage fluctuations and power disruptions. Balewadi's citizens are inconvenienced by the widespread waste dumping that occurs there.

I am not sure if I will invest in Kakkad La Vida.
