My father is a Railways employee who works at the Turbhe Railway Station. I recently got my first job too and my office is located in the DAKC. While hunting for a house, I came across Hira Panna which was located just 3.1 km from Turbhe Railway Station and 3.4 km from my office in DAKC. I was quite happy with what I had found until I read a Hira Panna review which said that the apartment is not yet registered under RERA and additionally it doesn’t even provide a car parking facility. I even visited the property site and talked to the developer who said that they will receive RERA approval in a few days but was capable of providing a car parking space. So, I am still thinking and consulting my family and friends about investing in Hira Panna. I will also be looking for other similar projects which provide a car parking facility. But if you don’t have any issue with the parking problem, you can go for Hira Panna.

I learnt about Hira Panna from a very close friend of mine. I already knew about the area where it was located i.e.
Vashi. There are many banks and hospitals in the vicinity, including Vinamra Swaraj Hospital, which is about 5 minutes away, and Fortis Hospital, which is around 10 minutes away. This was a plus for me since I have ageing parents and they need regular checkups. There are also many parks for kids to play in and jogging paths. Overall, this location is good and respectable. The distance from these locations to the train station is too great; it takes 10-15 minutes by bike or vehicle, and 30 minutes by foot.
The centre of Vashi, with Koparkhairane and Vashi stations both being within 3 km and 5 km, respectively, as well as the bus stop and retail mall Inorbit and Raghulila within 3 km and 4 km, respectively. But I read a Hira Panna review that mosquitoes and related diseases are major problems in this area. Mosquitoes are present because there are many trees and gardens. There is a tiny jungle close by. Also, due to the location, vendors charge premium rates for their goods.
So, for now, I am not sure if I want to invest in Hira Panna. I am waiting for some more reviews before I come to a decision.

I recently relocated to Mumbai, and while my office is close by, I was seeking a house near Vashi. As a single mother, finding a safe environment for my children with access to all the latest conveniences, as well as decent schools and hospitals close by, was my first priority. My coworkers had told me about Hira Panna, therefore I began my investigation for this project. I read a lot of Hira Panna reviews that described the facilities that the property offered. I went to the location to view everything for myself. Through my visit, I was able to confirm the accuracy of all the Hira Panna evaluations I had read and the project's proximity to the Everest Aangan Info-tech Park, where my workplace was located, which was only 5.8 kilometres away. Avalon Heights International School, OES International School (Vashi), and Goldcrest International School were all conveniently located nearby Hira Panna. Orchids, 1.3 km The International School (Vashi) is only 1.7 kilometres away, as are reputable medical facilities including the Fortis Hiranandani Hospital (Vashi) and Krishnai Hospital. But Hira Panna's lack of a commencement certificate is the sole negative aspect of the property. Additionally, the occupancy certificate has also not been approved.
