What are the reviews of Gulmohar Sky Park, Dhanori, Pune?

Gulmohar Sky Park price of apartments ranges between Rs. 59.14 and Rs. 64.9 Lakhs. I always wanted to book an apartment in Dhanori, Pune, because it is close to my parent’s place. Also, Gulmohar Sky Park is located in an excellent location,

• Viman Nagar, Kharadi, and Kalyan Nagar are 5, 10, and 8 Km respectively.

• Corporate hubs like Commerzone, Giga space, and EON IT park are 8Km, 7 Km, and 12 Km respectively

So investing here is a good investment opportunity for me.

Please read my Gulmohar Sky Park review before you invest here. My review is majorly about the locality of this project. I have been living in Dhanori for the past 2 years now. I must tell you that due to a lack of water supply, residents in Dhanori rely on private water tanks. I also came across news that said that land acquisition cases have held up road and civic amenities development work on various Dhanori road stretches. We residents have to pay higher property taxes because of the lack of civic amenities.

I would not invest in any project here in Dhanori.

I visited Gulmohar Sky Park just a few weeks ago. I was informed that it is spread across 6 acres and has a total of 100 units that are set to be finished by June 2027. I enquired about both 1 and 2 BHK flats here. 1 BHK has a good spacious area of 450 sq. ft. and 2 BHK has an area of 734 sq. ft. The amenities are also top-class here. There are amenities here are;

• Indoor Games

• Table Tennis

• Pool Table

• Children's Play

• Basketball Area Court

• Multipurpose Hall

• Gym Yoga Zone

• Basketball Court

You should also know in my Gulmohar Sky Park review that the Altruism Square, Town Square Retail Plaza, Phoenix Market City and Creaticiti are well known shopping centers within a 7 km range. 

I think investing here would be a great choice.

I came to know about Gulmohar Sky Park online. I liked the features, so I thought of visiting the property site. During my visit I realised that the Pune International Airport is just 4 km away from here which was a huge plus for me because I frequently travel because of my work. The other thing I would like to highlight in my Gulmohar Sky Park review is that within a 12 km radius, there is the presence of Weikfield IT Park, Cerebrum IT Park, EON Free Zone, Aundh IT Park, and Cybercity IT Park which makes this project a good fit for those who work in IT sectors of the area.

Apart from this, there are good hospitals in the area including Orchid Hospital, CT Nursing Home, and Vimal Multispeciality Hospital. I am planning to book a flat here in a week or so.
