I stumbled upon this project while driving through the Belathur neighbourhood. I really liked the entire look from the outside so after I got home, I read some
Godrej Splendour Phase 2
reviews here and realised that many people had mentioned that it was a lakebed, etc. I went there the next day to look at the model apartment and the neighbourhood. I requested the project's selling deeds, reviewed them, and discovered everything to be in order.
I think the architecture of the space is superb, with big windows letting in light and ventilation into every room. Also, the balcony measures 15 feet by 3 feet and is extremely pleasant. I also talked to the builder and realised that the project has a variety of amenities in its bucket, including playgrounds, parks, and other green spaces for both kids and adults. I think it will be an excellent value for the money.

I recently paid a visit to
Godrej Splendour Phase 2
which is under construction right now. The builder told me that the possession of the building starts in March 2027. But what I noticed during my visit is that the rooms of the 1, 2 and 3 BHK configurations are small. The size of the rooms ranges from 606 sq. ft. to 1529 sq. ft. which I think is too small for bachelors or even families. The salespeople also offer discounts on the spot, to entice you to reserve the apartment, but I would suggest you do not fall for their tricks. The size of the room is a major drawback.
Also,
Godrej Splendour Phase 2
is located next to a lake, which the builders claim is secure and has all kinds of approvals, but following floods in Bangalore in last year’s rain, I have my doubts and would think twice before investing in a project next to a lakeshore bed. Other than that, the location is nice. Roads are wide but are currently worn out. Will hopefully soon be in good shape.

is a cost-effective project, and the builder is undoubtedly knowledgeable, but not everyone would choose to live in a little home. The house appears to have a lot of space because of the architectural work, however, it doesn't.
Apart from that, from the customer experience to the completion of the registration process, Godrej stood out among the aforementioned builders in every category.
They have all the approvals like RERA approval, BDA approval and also Bank approval. I should also tell you in my
Godrej Splendour Phase 2 review that the project has a great USP of having a segregated space for kids, elderly people, as well as pets.
I think it is a great place to call home.
